Adobe PDFs Not Opening When Outlook Via Citrix

Hello All,
Hope is well
User gets on to Outlook via Citrix & PDFs are not opening even thougn his local PC has Adobe Reader installed.
When he right clicks to save message, it saves on a different desktop which I assume is the citrix profile since it's not seen afterwards in the local computer desktop.
I'm somewhat light on citrix stuff.

The Citrix server will need to have Acrobat Reader installed as well. The clients pc install of Acrobat Reader will only be used if the user saves the attachment to his/her local hard drive. The user's local drives can be accessed if and only if you have the client's Citrix security settings enabled to do so.

Yes. The Adobe Reader app was installed & that did it. I thought it had to be oublished but that wasn't necessary.
