Is it possible to put a close(or exit) button on an Adobe 5.0 Form and make it work on the web.?? When I pull up the Adobe form from the web page I want it to have a close button on the form. If I use the menu buttons it works locally but not on the web server. I also tried Javascript 'window.close' button on my Adobe form and still couldnt get it to work on the web server. But when I try the 'print()' with a button on my Adobe form it does print.

Try using a "world wide web link" for the close button. This will load the replacement web page, and give the impression of closing the form and returning you somewhere else, rather than leaving them cold. Derren
