Adobe filled in forms lose their data when converted

My Adobe filled in forms lose their data (and I need to keep that data)when converted with other files using the Create pdf from Multiple Files command. I've tried Save As, Security and others including converting to Doc, rtf and jpeg, but that involves an additional step and poor quality.
I need help with this problem. i hope someone here has a solution as usual. Thanks, Austin Murf
