Hello,

I've just installed Adobe Design Premium CS3 on 18 Dell Xeon 64-Bit machines. The operating system is Windows XP 64 Bit. Since then, I have had a number of problems with some of the applications. I get "PDFMaker files missing" in Adobe Acrobat. Photoshop sometimes closes for no apparent reason. Some of the Photoshop filters, such as Zig Zag will not work.

If these problems were on only one workstation, I could blame it on a bad install. But I don't see how this could happen on the majority of the workstations. Does anyone know of any patches that are available for this version running on a 64-Bit operating system? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rickey

XP64 is likely the issue. I can't find the document but I do not recall Adobe really supporting it.

I've run CS3 on Vista64 without trouble. Can you upgrade to a more modern 64bit system or downgrade to XP32bit?

I agree with spamjim, xp64 is most likely the problem citing problems with very large areas of memory swapping.

Adobe suggests Vista64 or Windows 7.
