Is there a way convert a PDF file to WORD ?

Provided that the document isn't protected, you can do it if you have Adobe Acrobat, not just the reader

I have Adobe Acrobat, but so far I have converted the text and the pics seperatly. Is there a way to keep the document the same but in word. Thanks!

I'm going to assume that you created separte pdf files for text and pictures? The only way I can think of it is just to create them both into word documents separately and the merge the two word documents.

What about highlightning and use copy and paste ?
