Adobe Acrobat

The problem you are having is that you dont have the PDFMaker toolbar in word, this is very common when you install a application thats edits or removes the normal.dot file.
Solution
Close all Office related applications and go to control panel and remove Adobe Acrobat, and restart the computer.
Install for the CD the acrobat again, and the pdfmaker toolbar should now appear in word and others applications.
PS.You should remove first and restart.
