Hello to all,
I have a problem when I use adobe acrobat 7.0 professional. It is installed on a Windows 2003 TS box. When I try to open any document it starts fine but after 10 seconds the applications goes away without leaving any visible error in the eventlog. I tried to re-install the software but in the middle of the installation process, it gives me the following error:
"Warning 20225. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Setup was unable to create a new item: Adobe PDF port Printer. The Adobe PDF printer maybe unavailable. Getlasterror: The data area passed to a system call." After ok the warning the installation process finished successfully (I can see an entry in the eventlog confirming that) but the problem persist. I tried to update to version 7.1 but that didn't fix the problem.
I don't know how to attack this issue. I tried to google the errors but I couldn't find any documentation about the related issue.
If anybody had experienced a similar problem and know how to solve it please share your solution with us.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Alex
