Some pdf's view/print with characters that have boxes or squares at the beginning of each word in the file when using Adobe Acrobat 5.1 or Adobe Reader 6.0. The only workaround thus far is to have the user revert to Acrobat reader 5.05, however this causes other compatibility issues for them when accessing pdf's specifically requiring 5.1 or 6.0.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Michael

Hi,
We had the similar issue. This is the result of the outdated postscript printer driver. Go to the Adobe site and download the latest one. As for the fixind the existing documents I found that running it throught(printing) Adobe Distiller will fix the issue.
