Adobe Acrobat printing under citrix

We are currently running Citrix Presentation server and we have published Adobe Acrobat v5.5.
The app works fine but when the user tries to print the print spools ok but nothing prints. The driver used is a HP LaserJet 4.
Has anyone come across this before ?
Adobe dont support Acrobat over Citrix and I have tried a few suggestions like printing as an image, etc. but no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Good luck to you in trying to make Acrobat work for you. The ultimate size of the print job often causes spooler instability.

We have a great need in our organization for PDF documents for attachment to email. Our best solution was a product from Software602 called Print2PDF Terminal Server Edition. It's specially created to generate a small size file, and works really well in Citrix. A 25 user license runs just under $300.00, well worth the $$ when compared to other options. They offer a 30 day trial, so it's at least worth a look.

We had problem in Acrobat Writer(it gives notification to console and not to TS users) only but adobe reader works fine.Please check all the driver/compatibility/mappings.
Should be fine.
