I would like to be able to print the fields only from a pre-printed form, ie, fill out the form online (I have imported and saved it), being able to see all the questions, etc, and then insert the pre-printed document into the printer and print out only the fields. There must be an easier way than creating a database, which was suggested on another thread. Does anyone know if there is a print data fields only option in Acrobat?

The easiest way to do this is to create a white button which covers the entire page - make it hidden but printable, and set the field to 1st in the tab order. When you print the form, this field will cover all the background images but as it lies below your data fields these will print ok.

Hope this helps.

Ahhhhh, I see you have a machine that goes Bing!
