Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie at this so I hope my question's not too obvious! Anyway, I'm currently trying to find a way to set:
1) The name of PDF file
2) The destinataion of the PDF file
to be generated by Adobe Acrobat Distiller 5.0. Now I've found somewhere in this forum ways to do this with Adobe PDF Writer - the problem is that I'm printing some foreign character set which cannot be printed legibly with PDF Writer. I does, however, print perfectly with Adobe Distiller. I suspect that the registry setting should look something like this:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ADOBE\ACROBAT DISTILLER\5.0\????
I'm not sure what the ???? should be, however, so that I can set the values for the destination folder and the PDF file name.
Please note that I am using PowerBuilder to automate the printing process, thus the need to set this via registry key so that the file name and destination setting is always set at the default value and the process is transparent to the user.
Thanks so much for your assistance!
