Adobe Acrobat Designer 7.0 - Runtime Error message when trying to save pdf

I am trying to edit a pdf that was sent to me. I open it with Adobe Acrobat Designer 7.0 and edit it. When trying to save it, I receive the following error message:
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Designer 7.0\FormDesigner.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

How can I fix this?
