I have received several documents from an outside source. These files all have the same security - password - yes, master password - yes, printing - fully allowed, changing the document - not allowed, content copying or extraction - not allowed, authoring comments and form fields - allowed, content accessibility enabled - not allowed, document assembly - not allowed.

I need to add a note to the last page of each of these files. Of the 10 documents I received, I had no problem with 9 of the them; however, on one of these documents whenever I try to add a note to page 16 (the last page), it appears on all pages, but page 2. I've deleted the note, did a file save as and renamed the document and tried recreating the note, but I get the same results. I've tried importing the note from one of the other documents that worked, but I still receive the same results.

This document will be put on our web page for our employees to read and I only want this note to appear on the last page.

Is there a setting or something that needs to be changed on this document. What can I do to get this note to display on the last page only?
