We are installing adobe acrobat 6 on all PC's Most of them are using NT but some are Windows 2k
One of the users using NT on a Dell p3 with 256MB RAM is getting an error when she tries to open a PDF
"could not draw"
It doesn't draw the company logo and the rest of the type on that page. But it continues with the next page and from there all is well.
Does anyone know what to do to get it to accept the company logo and the first page that goes with it.
Thanks
Len

Has no one seen this error before. I tried reinstalling giving the user administrative rights and it didn't help. Finally I went back to Adobe 5 and it works fine. None of the 100 other users I've installed Adobe 6 on so far have a problem.

I haven't see this error before. Sorry. At least you know your message is being read!
