We are using a topaz gem sign with adobe 8 to capture signatures for loan documents. We recently moved to adobe 8 and loaded the topaz plugin and set the security settings recommened by topaz to capture the signatures how ever when clicking on a sig field and signing on the pad the sig field shows a big black blob but no signature (printing the PDF the same thing occurs) and no signature is visible or legible. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how were they able to resolve it?
