Adobe 6 Registry Key for Default Save Location

Does anyone know the Adobe 6 registry key for the default file path for saving pdf files? Does one exist? I've found this key which looks like it's the right key:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\PRINT\PRINTERS\ADOBE PDF\PORT

The default value of this key is 'My Documents\*.pdf', but if I try to change it PDFs no longer print. For example, if I try to change the value of this key to C:\Report.pdf anything sent to the pdf printer will error out.

Does such a key exist? Thanks.

That's NOT what that key is. That key is part of your printing subsystem. Don't mess with it.

Acrobat may not HAVE a key for default folders, opting instead, as many windows applications do, to use the system default Documents folder.
