adobe 6 elements installation issue after active directory

we recently migrated our PCs (Windows XP SP2)to Active Directory from NT4 authentication and after that we cannot install Adobe Acrobat 6 elements, during the installation when it tried to install the Acrobat PDF printer, the following error occurs:

Warning 20225: Adobe Acrobat [version] Setup was unable to create a new item: Adobe PDF Converter. The Adobe PDF Printer may be unavailable. GetLastError: The specified module could not be found.
