Adobe 6.01 Problem

I packaged an MSI package for Adobe 6.01 and when I try to run the newly created MSI application I get this error. Error 1904 C:\winnt\installer\instmsi0\shfolder.dll failed to register. I tried to package Adobe without this shfolder.dll file but I get lots of errors on the package. Any suggestions

create a custom action to register the dll by calling regsvr32.exe from destination (System32).
