I'm using Word 2003 that I have created a document which I'm converting to pdf which in previous versions I would have used the distiller because my document has links in it that direct the user to other pdf documents.
However I can't get the links to go over to the pdf from Word 2003, the links are lost after conversion.
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? Supposedly the PDFMaker works with the same functionality as the old distiller but so far I'm not experiencing that.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can do it this way...
First
In word print the file using a ps driver I would suggest the driver from Adobe's website.
In the print dialog, you need to check the box "print to file" This will promt you to save the file.
Once you get the postsrcipt file created this way. Go to where it is saved. Now in right click and choose "Open with"
this should open a window for you to choose the program. chose distiller and there is a box near the bottom left which you need to check which says "always use this program"
this will associate the ps file to distiller so that it will work automaticlly.
