One of our customers uses a secure website where we review and accept their purchase orders. We have the option to print the PO during the review process. When we click the "print" button, Adobe Acrobat opens and we can view and print the PO using Adobe. This works on several PCs except one. Naturally the one PC where it does not work is the person responsible for this account.

The PC where it does not work is running Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer 6.0. All updates and service packs for Windows and IE have been installed. I am guessing that their is a flag, either in IE or Adobe, that needs to be turned off or on. Any suggestions?
Thanks...glen

You could narrow it down to either the browser or Acrobat reader by installing another browser (I'd suggest Mozilla: ). Then open and the document and try printing. If it works, then IE is to blame. If it doesn't, then you'll have to dig deeper.
