if you make the query on your tables a distinct query you will not get duplicates and so you could use the top values
in an append query

You have created an ADO table, but ADO can be used with dozens of data sources. Is this an Access DB or some other DB? If Access, what version? 2000? The SQL can be slightly different in the different databases.
Can you explain a little more how you are going to relate the records from the other tables. When you say "created a new table through ADO" is this through VBA code? Is this just the definition or did you add data?
