ADO, OLEDB for dBase 5 *.dbf files

Hi,

Is there an OLEDB driver for dbase files?

I have *.dbf file that I need to process and then populate a DB2 table

I would like to read the *.dbf file using ADO and OLE db as I would if it was an Access table.

Has anyone done this and if so do you have any code ?

If there is no OLEDB driver, does anyone have code for dynamically creating the ODBC DSN for a *.dbf file
