ADO Odbc connection

Pleas look at the code and tell me what i have done wrong.
Cant get ir to connect to the ODBC database.
It wont work unless I install VB6 on the computer.
Short message due to problems posting.

Did you create set up and deployment package and installed your program on other computer with all the needed files, dll's, and such? Or just created EXE and hoped it will work on another machine?
