Hi,

I posted thread707-1596418 in VBA Visual Basic for Applications (Microsoft) Forum but realised it may be better suited to this forum. Any help gratefully received.

Could it be that as this is a the authentication directory It requires a username and password?
When working with AD and x500 I've not needed authentication.

Thanks for the precision. I would suggest, when establishing the connection object, you pass the credential, account name and password with the sunone server, together with other properties such as "adsi flag" etc.
