ADO and record ranges

Would anyone happen to know how to create a recordset based on a range of records that I would define. This range would be based on the record number.

Example:

Say i have a table of 15,000 Records:

we'll my recordsets would consist of:

#1: 1 - 5,000 Records
#2: 5,001 - 10,000 Records
#3: 10,001 - 15,000 Records

Basically I want to break it up into groups.
