I am having an ongoing issue with Group Hunts to ADN/MDN locking up (the lines).
I have installed group hunts that hunt to ADN/MDN lines that are on multiple phones (any where from 2 phones to 10). The ADN or MDN rings and is answered by one of the group. They put the caller on hold to take another line or to just check something and then can no long return to the line they had just put on hold (individual hold or common hold user's tried both). The line remains lit on the phone and subsequent calls can't come in. Their ODN no longer works, phone locked up. State of phone in switch is shown as

This happens randomly, but the frequency is rather annoying to the customer as the customers who have these groups do so because they are busy. And, also some are 24/7 operations.
At this point the only way to clear quickly is to restart the Program Unit KLP1O in the specific LIM but that will clear traffic for other users in the rest of the LIM. Very incomvenient especially during the day.
Is there a another command that will work to unlock the phone, we used to have one when locked in Speech state but doesn't work for this.
I would rather find out what causes this to continue lock in NO INFO state but reaching out to Aastra has proved futile. I find that we are constantly restarting Program Units lately.
