ADMU3011E: initialisation failed

Hi all,

I am on AIX, and I am using WAS 6.1.
I would lije to start the WAS , but I got this error

ADMU3011E: The server has been lauched but the initialisations has failed.

I tried to find something regarding the log, but I found nothing.

I am using user wasadm.

Any feedback will be appreciate, tahn you
