ADMT v.3.1 tool usage for Win2k3 and Win2k8 interforest

Hello-

I am sure this tool was mentioned on this forum at some point but I can't find it. Briefly, I would like to migrate users from a WIndows 2003 forest to a Windows 2008 forest, so this is a interforest migration and have read admt v.3.1 will support this venture.

If anyone has attempted this who wouldn't mind sharing their experiences to any degree I would be most appreciative. I am reading thru the technet site, petri articles and anything else I can find in order to handle this process with a minimal disaster rate.
