Has anyone had any experiences they'd like to share concerning the "better" usage of 2003's ADMT tool?

My scenario consists of a north american domain and a european domain (separate forest).

I'd like to make the euro domain a child domain under the north america domain..

Initially, I'd like to know where to run the ADMT tool from? do I install and execute it from the Forest role DC in North America and point to the euro domain and migrate it in.

Another question of many would be also... what needs to be done to the euro domain (separate forest) in order to prepare for the migration.. any metadata clean up etc etc..

I guess there is lots of reading I need to do and I am all for the pre-emptive preparatory work involved. I just need some direction in all this. Perhaps a few decent url links pointing the way?

thank you again for any support in this scenario

You will need to create your new child domain euro.na.domain. Then I believe you already have a trust from NA to Europe. You will then need to run ADMT from euro.na.com to migrate users, computers, and other objects from Europe to the new euro.na.domain.
