Adminpak.msi cannot see Domain

Hello,

I loaded Adminpak.msi on XP Pro which is running NetWare client; joined the machine to the domain, still cannot connect to domain with "The Naming information cannot be located because the specific Domain either does not exist or cannot be contacted. Please contact your system administrator to verify that your domain is properly configured."
You can browse to Domain, but keep getting "windows cannot connect to the new domain because the logon attempt is failed" Any advice on this? Thanks
