AdminP error - 64K list

Hello All

I get the following error when I was looking through the log.nsf:

Admin Process: File name: Mail\Gauteng - Sunninghill\Chantal_Joynson.nsf: Adding entry will cause text list to exceed 64K. Entry not added.


Does anyone have any ideas of what to do about this? Thanks.

Please find below what IBM support has written regarding this problem - hope it helps...

This issue has been reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering.
There is currently no workaround; the issue has been reproduced.

Supporting Information:

In Domino 6.0x, AdminP began maintaining an internal text list with data for creating links to documents whose last reader or author it deleted. The Internal list that Adminp keeps stores data related to creating the CD (Complex Document) records needed for creating the links to the documents to be stored in the AdminP response. The list is used because in previous versions of Domino, if a view was categorized by the Reader or Author field, and the last entry in that field is deleted, the document became uncategorized in the view and this was undesirable.
