Adminitrative install - Custom Install Wizard - Outlook2000 - Citrix

Performed administrative install (setup /a)
ran Custom Installation Wizard (CIW) used data1.msi and termsrvr.mst. Also used Profile Wizard to crete .ops file.
page 14 of CIW allows to configure Outlook properties. One option is to set Exchange server name.
Install MSI package to Citrix farm
User runs Outlook for first time, dialog box appears asking if using Internet Only or Corporate/Workgroup. Must select Corporate, then dialog asks for Exchange server name.

why?

Any ideas out there?
