I have a user on vacation that set their Out of office reply wrong. She sends the reply to the All users list. Is there any way that I can access her rules without changing her account password and breaking into it? Getting very annoying to all the other users. Thanks!

Login to a computer with Outlook with the Service Account. Then make a profile for the mailbox and your in.
If this isn't 5.5 then do this first. Q262054 Dan

The Service Account? I'm straight from the Groupwise World. Although I picked up a lot about Exchange, I'm not entirely sure what you mean. The administrator account? Thanks.

Goto services and look at the account there to start the MS Exchange services. Also it is the "Service Account Admin" at the Org, Site and Configuration under permissions (If you add another account with the same permissions you can also open mailboxes with it). Also under Service Account Password it will list the service account. Hope that helps. Dan
