Administrator voicemail locked BCM50 1

Hi there

A charity I do some volunteering for has a BCM50b with the Admin voicemail now locked, I can access the rest of the accounts from the web interface but not the admin extension.

Any ideas on how to unlock it? The system seems to be on the default settings/passwords for almost everything but I don't want to do a reset and zap all the configurations as I don't know much about PBX'es.

Any help is appreciated!

The admin is usualy 1020000. You can also try 0000, 1234, or 1111. If it has been changed and you can't find it you may have to initialize the VM on it which may wipe all the VM config. I haven't done one in a long time so I can remember the exact process.

Thanks for that, so from the web interface do I login as login: admin/password: 1020000 ? or login: ext/password: 1020000 ?

From the web try admin/1234, or admin/0000 etc..
