My customer has access to the IP Office 500 via LAN2. Even when using Administrator, when trying to make changes to the Auto Attendant>Actions, they get the Action Box drop downs. For Normal Transfers they do not get the Destination Drop Downs. Yet I do using LAN1.
More than likely their screen resolution/zoom settings, Avaya managed to make Manager miss fields entirely out if not at 100% or on certain resolutions
