Administrator Via LAN2 Not getting all drop downs.

My customer has access to the IP Office 500 via LAN2. Even when using Administrator, when trying to make changes to the Auto Attendant>Actions, they get the Action Box drop downs. For Normal Transfers they do not get the Destination Drop Downs. Yet I do using LAN1.

That is what I thought. So that is why I had them use the default "Administrator" I would think that should work from any PC?
 
More than likely their screen resolution/zoom settings, Avaya managed to make Manager miss fields entirely out if not at 100% or on certain resolutions :)
