Administrator password change stops backup

We changed our NY domain administrator password and since Legato has not been able to do a backup. Get a lot of messages that it cannot stop the running job. has anyone else run into this? We are on 6.13 relese.

Be aware that NW has its own mechanism. Verify the settings for the Server Setup (UNIX)/Set Up Server (Windows) - Administrator are correct.
