I am currently running Exchange 2003 SP2 and am looking for a way to be notified when a user mailbox:

1) Has exceeded "Issue Warning" size
2) Has exceeded "Prohibit send" size
3) Has exceeded "Prohibit send/receive" size

I dont see any type of event IDs on the server that I can trap for.

I am currently notified when a user calls me and questions the warning. I am looking to be more proactive about this.

I know I can review mailbox size in ESM but looking for a way to be alerted.

Take a look at the mailbox size script found here:
You should be able to modify that to notify when your incremental levels are reached.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
