We have an Avaya ACS 3.0 with Partner Mail VS R 5.0.
When we try to administer the greeting, we enter 99#, password xxxx# (never changed), and then we get the same message every time: "You cannot get your messages now, due to multiple logins to your mailbox, please disconnect. Goodbye." Nothing seems to get around this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
