administrator locked up

Remote to tvs when i log in today it says wrong password entered 15 times, admin locked , how can i unlock it remotely? (hyperterminal)

yes(modem) , and that is the message i get when i log on that the administrator is locked because of 15 unsucessfull attemps at login.

THE ADMINISTRATOR IS LOCKED!

so you forgot what the password was and you made 15
attempts at remembering it?

no i did not , i have the password, it islocked up but not from me, i log into it all the time, i nned to know how to unlock so it it ASKS for a password again

i'dd have someone on site power down the tvs and the modem
and hope for the best.worse case reinit the tvs !
