Administrator Applet Not Loading

I'm trying to access the Business Objects Services Administrator java applet from my browser (IE version 5.5). The URL i'm specifying is:

http://<host

name>:<port>/wi/wiadmin/AdministratorEN.htm. But when the page is loaded i get the error=> Exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:bo.wi.adm.FrontalApplet. I'm in the admin group of the Webi Server. We are not using a cluster with multiple machines. There is only one NT server which acts as the cluster manager. Can anyone tell me why this error is coming? Thanks in advance for your help.

I've seen this happening to me as well as couple of other people. The problem was to do with the version of JVM. Instead of Sun JVM you have to use MS JVM. Try changing that if it helps.
