I just renamed my administrator account and I am having problems completing my backup jobs. When I type in a name with administrator priviliges it says that It does not have enough rights. This the account need to be named administrator?
You need to set your ARCserve administrative account to a valid account with appropriate permissions. (Actually, CA advises against using the domain admin account any way and recommonds creating an administrative account specifically for ARCserve.)
To change your admin account for ARCserve:
Launch ARCserve Server Admin
Go to the Admin menu > ARCserve System Account
Put in the appropriate info
