Could someone advise me as to what type of Voice Mail is used for administration sets in a hotel setting where HMS400 is used for the rooms. I am looking at 100 users. System is CS1000 4.0 in a 61C cabinets. They are encountering many problems using HMS400 for administration. Can Call Pilot Mini be used? Thanks.

Sounds like the HMS needs some love and care. Time to clean it up. Yeah, it might take a week, but once it's all tidy and all of the stragglers are outed, and PMS is working like it should, it should not have any problems and you'll have all kinds of boxes to use. You'll pay through the nose for a 61 and Call Pilot upgrade, and most properties don't have the money, unless they are downtown in busy cities.

Thanks for the info.
The HMS that I am being asked to look at is set up as follows, from the PBX side:
Guest Access-16 agents in an ACD Queue with the Queue being the Mail access number. This is the MMail set up I am used to.
Staff-Mail access number is dummy Queue forwarded to PLDN #. PLDN # is set up to use LSNO 3, which has 11 members in as GHT.

HMS docs. seem to go with the staff set-up but that is the one they are having problems with, while the guest one seems to be working fine.

Any futher help would be appreciated.
