Administrative Tools > Services missing after SP1 1

I've just installed SP1 for Vista Business, and now the Services option in Administrative Tools is missing.

Does anyone know why it's gone, or how to get it back?

Can you create a New Shortcut and stick it back in there? The Target of any such shortcut would be %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc


This link is XP related but it might give you something to check?

Administrative Tools folder is empty
