Administrative Rights Lost

A few weeks ago we decided to limit the amount of access all accounts had to the exchange server locally. Unforutnatly in doing so we removed the ability for the local and Domain admins to view the Server object in Exchange System Manger. Email still works fine but now we can't administor or backup the Store. Is there anyway of getting administrative rights back or of maybe migrating the store to another exchange server so that it can be administrored?

If it aint a donain controller logon on as local administrator and bob is your preverbial uncle
