We have our Password Policy (length, age, etc.) applied using the Default Domain Policy GPO. This works fine, but sometimes we want to set up a simple password for a temporary purpose, but we can't because of our password policy.

Is there a way to "administrativly overide" the password policy? For example, domain admins could set whatever password they want on whatever account they want?

Sorry my friend. Once you set the default domain policy GPO it applies to everyone, and anyone. even enterprise, and domain admins.
