On the phone TUI I have a user that logs into the mailbox and it is telling them that they have administrative messages. I don't know how to clear them from the TUI. I didn't know how a message gets tagged Administrative Message.
The user needs to press 9 for admin messages ( the system tells you to do this if they listen)
Then at the end of it you press 7 or the delete for the TUI you are using.
That is how to remove them. You can also use the Web client if you are on a MSS back end.
Messages are not tagged as admin they are sent to the user as an admin message. This would indicate that they have done something or tried to send a message o someone that failed in some way.
Hi Ken thanks for the quick response. I logged into the voicemail box and when I press 9 at any time it takes me out of the mailbox back to the auto attendant. It really does not say anything about to listen to adminstrative messages press 9. They have entrusted me with the security code.
