Users in my office are receiving e-mails from admin@, postmaster@, webmaster@, administrator@, etc.

I have looked at the Administrator mailbox (other users listed above do not exist in this org) and there is nothing in the sent items. I was sitting in front of the Exchange server for a long time and did not see anything in the local queue.

Any sugguestions on figuring this out?

They are return emails. Usually they are spam returns to email addresses that did not send out the original email.

Have your spam filter ban them.

Yes, it's SPAM and we tell all our users on a regular basis to ignore and delete them. Our spam filters can't block them without blocking real email from within our domain.

Good luck.

Block them at your firewall.
