I think I've done all that is necessary to configure an account to administer a non-administrative group, but it doesn't work. One thing is strang is that when I log in as root, the group attributes in SMIT are like this:
Group NAME [staff]
Group ID [1] #
ADMINISTRATIVE group? false +
USER list [smaher,invscout,snapp,> +
ADMINISTRATOR list [kdavis,smaher] +
When I log as the user I want to be an administrator, the same group has different attributes in SMIT. How is that possible?
Group NAME [staff]
Group ID [1] #
ADMINISTRATIVE group? true +
USER list [smaher,invscout,snapp,> +
ADMINISTRATOR list [] +
