Administration Console not expanding

We have been having some problems with the administrative console on our desktop problems. When we try to expand an item such as collections or packages it doesn't expand. The hour glass comes up and then goes away and nothing happens. It does this on different computers. I uninstalled the console and reinstalled it on my own computer and it didn't help any.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey There,

It defintely sounds like your security permissions are not correctly set on the Admin Console. You need to configure your security to allow the users to read/write to the SMS objects.

You sir, are definately a genius. I went to the server and seciruty rights and gave myself the same rights as the NT Authroity\System and I can now access SMS via the Admin Console.
