Administering Win2k Server from Win XP Pro Workstation 1

Please could some one help, i would like to administer my DC from one of my xp wrkstations, I would like to amdinister Users etc, the admin pack on the win 2k disk says it isnt compatable with windows xp

You can also you the adminpak for windows2k3 to administer 2000 on xp

Or just use terminal services in admin mode. Remote Desktop client on XP works with Terminal services on 2000.
